We are currently recruiting for a Front Office / Reservations Agent!

You must be able to communicate accurately and effectively in both verbal and written form with guests and employees to respond accurately and completely to people. Give directions, instructions, information, answer questions and provide service as required. Able to competently handle reservations calls effectively and professionally; enter/revise reservation information and upsell hotel rooms. Know your work schedule and follow it with reliability. Work in a cooperative and friendly manner with fellow employees.

Skills/Requirements

 * Previous experience preferred in Hilton OnQ
* Customer Service and cash handling experience requested.
* Computer and or typing skills requested.
* Ability to multi-task and complete assignments in a timely manner.
* Must be able to work evening/weekends/holidays!
* Has complete working knowledge of Front Office computer or manual
system, including all daily transactions and those which are not performed
often.
* Have knowledge of the hotel property, hotel staff and hotel services with
hours of operations. Also have knowledge of surrounding areas.
* Have a thorough knowledge of guest rooms including locations, views,
amenities, features, types, etc.
* Be able to accurately give pertinent directions and information regarding
the immediate and metro area.
* Competently competently handle reservations calls effectively and professionally
* Enter/revise reservation information and upsell hotel rooms.
