| | | Execute and manage several key corporate communications initiatives, including the LifeLock Speaker Series, the company relationship with NOVA and MENTOR. Assist other corporate communication programs, as well as LifeLock's external corporate communication team to positively influence the opinion of new and existing members, and support the company's grand strategy. Serve as an additional voice for the organization during speaking engagements and interviews to educate consumers about the service deliverables of the company. Reports directly to the Director of Public Affairs. PEOPLE Professionalism & Ethics

PROCESS Corporate Communication Strategies
Assist the process and/or coordinate the reporting on any appropriate corporate communications strategies to drive the mission of the company.
Assist in the implementation of the overall corporate communications strategies.
Solicit support from LifeLock team members and external alliances as appropriate.
Continuously look for improvement in the areas you supervise, as well as, the overall corporate communications unit.
Coordinate any performance metrics for corporate communication this position is associated.
Coordinate the LifeLock Speaker Series, including scheduling of all events, arranging travel and meeting expectations of the company executive leadership team.
Coordinate the relationships and partnerships with NOVA and MENTOR.
Coordinate relationships with community and civic groups to support the LifeLock Speaker Series.
Process Execution
Help implement corporate communications strategic initiatives.
Develop or assist processing all corporate communications materials, as needed.
Use company systems to accurately track necessary corporate communications activities and results.
Quality Assurance
Apply critical thinking to problem solving.
Provide input for decisions that support the enterprise's mission by eliminating any adverse impact to the reputation and position of the enterprise.
Ensure the consistent appearance and content of all print and electronic materials associated with the appropriate programs.

Understand why LifeLock needs to develop corporate communications strategies to influence public opinion in an ever changing environment.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that they are completed within the required timeframes.

Showcase and promote LifeLock wherever possible through the appropriate corporate communications strategy.
Use media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods effectively; including alternative ways of informing and entertaining via written, oral and visual media.
Understand all LifeLock products in order to explain effectively through community, member and media events.

Fiscal Responsibility
Work with senior leadership to implement the corporate communications strategic initiatives to maximize the company's return on investment and lower costs.
Assist guiding corporate communications activities in relations to their impact to the bottom-line. | Skills/Requirements
| | | Education Bachelor's degree in journalism, public relations or equivalent experience required. Technical Skills Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project. Database experience preferred. Related Work Experience Minimum of 2 years management and PR experience or equivalent experience required. Demonstrated successful performance which may encompass: methods of process improvement; implementation of a project or service plan; meeting revenue and profitability goals; and coordinating various aspects of business and business development. Ability to plan and coordinate work flow processes for and with others to produce maximized results; meet and interface with people of varied backgrounds, economic and education levels; and, comfortably perform in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment, and to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously.
Communication Skills Demonstrate excellent written and verbal skills. Proven track record of interacting with all levels of internal and external clients and successful conflict resolution.
Special Conditions/Provisions of Position Local, regional, and national travel required for representation during work hours or during evening and/or weekend events. May be requested to serve in membership/leadership capacities with professional, civic, and community groups. | | |
